We communicate most of the webinar and other class information using email. We use a third party system (Infusionsoft) to send out many of our emails. Many corporate email servers have incoming email policy rules (Grey List) that may filter out our emails before they even reach your inbox. There is nothing we at the Swamp School can do about this as this is something set on your company server. It seems in the last couple of months a number of corporate servers have defaulted to an aggressive grey list. This is causing many problems as it delays the receipt of emails overall. However, there are several steps you can do to make sure you continue to receive our emails.
If you are using gmail, yahoo, hot mail etc.
Just add the following URL's to the list of safe senders
This should keep the emails coming in.
If you are on a corporate email server there are three things you can do.
1. Contact your IT Department for help with adding the Swamp School as a safe sender.
Please add the above to the safe senders list.
2. Additionally please add the following IP's to the safe senders list. These are the email server IP addresses that we use.
Our IP's are 18.104.22.168/23. This is in CIDR notation and covers a range of IP's we send from.
3. The last option is to use a non-company email (gmail, yahoo, etc.) to communicate with us. This is not our preferred option but it is a work around for companies that have strict email rules. It is recommended that you check with your IT department before doing this to make sure you are not breaking any company policies.
